Honey Beer Bread is one of the most simple, yet versatile, breads out there. Pair it with something savory, something sweet, or just eat it by itself. It couldn't be easier, with no yeast required!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Make the batter by mixing the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Slowly add the beer and honey in and stir until combined.
Pour half of the melted butter into the bottom of the loaf pan. Brush it around the edges to grease the pan.
Add the batter to the pan in an even layer, and then brush the rest of the butter onto the top of the batter.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Remove from the oven and set the pan on a cooling rack and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
